Hi,
I am customer and you do make excellent products.
But, for your brown boots, try not to put a black sole with white stitching. The boot would look much better with a brown sole that matched the boot.
If you're going to keep the black sole? At least, use the same stitching as the boot stitching. Try not to make the boot look cheap, when it's a quality product. White stitching gets dirty faster and does not match the shoe or boot. This maybe why it's not being purchased? It is why, I didn't by them.
