Very comfortable but not durable
By Jim Bodwin in CA , 07/12/2024 08:38 PM
I have a wide foot (6E) and a high arch and found these to be the most comfortable hiking boots that I have owned.
BUT the uppers have fallen apart. The toe cover stiching split on both sides and the toes have tears and an eyelet pulled out.
They are years old but they don't get used much - exclusively for a few short backpacking trips each year. The tread is not very worn and the insole is not worn at all - both things that I would expect to wear out before the uppers.
Thumbs Up

Bought these for my husband and he really likes them. He said he didn't even need to break them in.
Sole not durable as advertised

I have only worn these a few times and not on hiking trails. The sole is already breaking apart.
