I have looked at these slippers in the past, but even from the pictures I could see this is a narrower last than a lot of Drew shoes. Great sale price tho! I’m a woman with 6E feet and tried ordering my usual size in Drew shoes, 9.5 6E. I received them and yup, they run narrow for a 6E. I couldn’t use my orthotics. I ended up removing one insole and using the Drew arch support, also went w/o socks, which allowed them to fit. They are cozy and easy to slip on, they look good and I’m happy w/them.
They fit small

I have a 6e and it fits like a standard width shoe. The customer service agent told me they would be happy to refund me and then proceeded to tell me that shipping is on my dime and I have to fill out a form... who doesn't cover shipping nowadays? I won't be buying from Drew again. Not only are they expensive, their shoes don't last.
Comfortable shoe.

I was concerned, after reading the reviews, but bought my size anyway. 8 - 6E.
They were tight at first, but loosened up over a couple of days. They fit like a slipper now. Very comfortable.
Very Narrow.

Spouse normally wears a 3E, but with swelling, we thought the 4E could work. Nope. We returned the 4E for the 6E and even then, he couldn't even get his foot in the shoe. Plus there is shipping for returns - so returning them twice has cost me $20. Very disappointing.
