I have been suffering with intense foot pain for over two years. After going to 3 doctors I finally found one that had an answer for me. He sent me to have orthotics made for my falling arches. I’m so excited that I finally got a pair of Drew shoes! They have already taken me to my stem cell clinic where I have had a monthly check up (9 months, leukemia free!). I had a stem cell transplant and spent a year away from home in Nashville at the hospital. Not only have I been there, but I am now at the beautiful lake where I can enjoy the view and (finally) go for walks with my sweet family, who have been very supportive of me throughout the whole process. The reason I ordered these super comfy shoes is because I need them for our walks. They are adjustable, just in case my feet become a little swollen. I can loosen the Velcro strap. I have 2 main pair of Drew shoes: (1) Drew Journey II Black and (2) Drew Surge (Gray on Gray). I wear the Surge the majority of the time and love them.My journey is unique due to the fact it is a journey to comfort being that I am in a wheelchair. I have tried many other styles of shoes and find my feet to be terribly uncomfortable. Nothing worse than being in a power wheelchair and having your feet hurt. Just something that should not happen. Drew Shoes have taken me to a comfort destination with the excellent construction, padding for Diabetic feet, and Extra Wide, Double Depth for any swelling due to the inactivity. Plus I get the extra bonus of them looking good. So often I sacrifice function over fashion but these do both. And being handicapped, I added EZ lock bungee laces so I can easily slip them on. I wear the Trek Boot. I have been with Coconino County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue Unit for 14 years. We are the second largest county in the United States. Over the years I have been on many hundreds of searches throughout our county. We cover many different types of terrain. From 13,000 foot mountains down to the Grand Canyon and every type of terrain you can imagine in between. I couldn't even begin to tell you how many miles I have covered over the years. On many occasions we may have to carry an injured person out, sometimes for many miles. Believe me, you definitely don't want foot problems when you have to work at my job. 
I just purchased my 3rd pair of boots through your company over the years. They get a tremendous amount of wear and take one heck of a beating during a search. It is the only boot for this type of activity I would ever purchase.

I'm a big guy, 6'4", 350 lbs. I wear a size 13W(EE). I've always been big and pretty hard on most shoes. Over the years, I developed flat feet, left foot in particular, along with some arthritis developing in the ankle . My podiatrist fitted me with an "Arizona Brace" for my left ankle. The brace worked well to relieve pain when I had to be on my feet a lot. The downside was the fact that I had to wear a larger size 15 EEEE shoe over it - meaning I had to buy two pairs of shoes different sizes.The brace is now almost 2 years old and needs replacing. That's where Drew Shoe came to my rescue.I purchased a pair of Drew Rockford boots. I wear them without the Arizona Brace and the resulting relief to my ankle pain is equal to or better than the relief given by the brace. Plus no additional hassle in dealing with the brace. For me, this is a huge benefit. The boot supports my ankle in much the same way as the Arizona Brace did. I do not have Rx orthotics yet and maybe not need any yet.A week ago, I purchased a second pair - this time the Boulder. It's the oxford version of the Rockford. Although it doesn't wrap my ankle like the boot does, the fit and the stability I get are near equal. I plan to use the Boulders for more "dressier" occasions. I'm especially looking forward to using my new Drew Shoes on a road trip my wife and I will be going on in a few weeks touring 
 the Pacific Coast from LA to Seattle and doing some casual hiking in the various National Parks we'll be traveling to.

I wear a few different styles of Drew, but my favorite is the Excel. I work at a big box hardware store and stand for 8 hours a day on concrete. Not long after starting, I developed hip pain and after a trip to my Dr was told that someday I will need a replacement. Well, to put that off as long as possible I bought a pair of the Excel pattern. Not only has the hip pain gone away, I get so many complements on them. By the way, I have them in Navy and Black! I purchased my Drew shoes to protect my feet, and the great performance I was told they had. Not misdirected! In my job, a store Porter, walking quickly and safely is a major part of my job. These Drew 'Surge' shoes are comfortable for my 6E wide feet, and the amount of walking I do on fairly hard, non shock absorbent tile floor, approximately 2 and a half to three and a half miles a day. Safety and speed are rather important and my 'Surge' shoes have met my desires and needs!

I wear the Walker II. I am on my feet all day. I am a consultant and a college professor and stand 8-10 hours a day. About 8 years ago all the standing took its toll. I developed plantar fasciitis then heal spurs, then Achilles tendinitis. The pain was so debilitating I was considering retiring. My therapist suggested Drew Shoes and it I have been so pleased by their performance. They are extremely comfortable, yet provide excellent support for my feet, even with my orthotics that have a 10mm lift. Other shoes I have had break down after about a year but the Drew shoes are so well made I have a pair that is 5 years old and still in great shape. These shoes have literally been around the world. I never buy shoes on-line but Drew groups shoes by last style so I know what I'm getting. All the shoes with the same last fit the same. I don't have to worry about returning them. Drew Shoes have given my 88 yr old Mom new life! She has suffered from bunions and hammertoes for years! Had surgery for both but her feet hurt horribly. When I bought my first pair of Drew orthopedic shoes 25 years ago, the salesman said I would never want to wear anything else and he was right.
